Emotional Disability Evaluation

A comprehensive emotional disabilities evaluation aims to identify how emotional challenges—such as depression, anxiety, withdrawal, or school phobia—affect an individual’s behavior, academic performance, and overall functioning. The evaluation helps develop targeted intervention strategies, therapeutic recommendations, and educational supports tailored to the individual's emotional and behavioral needs. Age Range: 6+ 

 

Tests:

  • Intelligence/Cognitive

  • ​Social-Emotional and Behavioral Assessment

  • Parent, teacher, and caregiver behavior rating scales

  • Student interview and self-report forms (as applicable)

  • Parent, teacher, and caregiver interview

 

Time:

  • 45-minute parent interview

  • 2-3 hours of testing with a client (over 2 separate appointments as needed)

  • Up to 1 hour of record review/collateral contacts (more as needed)

  • 1-hour feedback session

 

Cost: 

  • $1350 (additional fees apply if more time is needed)
